Joy Ray

Ray Jay, a passionate researcher driven by two core passions—mysticism and social consciousness. Starting her journey in Art and Art History, she ventured into self-education, delving into spiritual growth at places like the Institute for the Harmonious Development of Human Beings.

Ray Joy’s global experiences took her to the Far East, immersing herself in languages, volunteering at the Mother Teresa Mission in Calcutta, and co-founding Feminenza in Brazil. She also took part in an organisation called Indios and the animal rights movement Ánimal Viva. Her strong interest in understanding women’s roles in various religions led her to explore anthropology and delve into gender identities within religious contexts. At the moment, Joy Ray practices success coaching in Austria and world wide. 

In her current project Joy Ray wants to establish a series of private libraries: in the heart of Italy – Venice, and on the French Riviera.

Mission and Values

We strive for real change by investing in organizations and leaders able to meaningfully address challenges and problems. We recognize that change takes time and base our time and efforts in realities and evidence.

We see possibility rather than impossibility in our work. We will invest in our relationships and honour the milestones on the road to achieving meaningful change. Compassion and commitment lead our work.
